Responsibility for in-place memorials
It is an important factor to remember that you and not the churchyard or cemetery, are responsible for maintaining your memorial. Should it become dilapidated or unsafe, then the management of the churchyard or cemetary may take steps to have it laid down or even removed.
It is, therefore, a wise move to ensure that it is regularly maintained, somthing we are happy to arrange with you. You may also wish to have the memorial insured, we are happy to advise you on this.
