Please read the information below and tick the checkbox to confirm that you understand the process that is going to be followed.

1) Upon receiving your order, we will contact you to confirm that we this has been received. Our team will also send you a scale drawing of the memorial with lettering for approval.

2) Following your approval, we will send you our details for payment of the deposit, at 50% of the total cost, and the memorial permit fee.

3) Once our team have received your payment, we will commence working on your memorial. We may need to contact you regarding the position of the memorial.

4) Your memorial will then be fixed. Fixing times depend on which memorial is chosen, if your chosen memorial is in stock and whether 6 months has elapsed since the burial (not applicable in Torquay cemetery). We will aim to complete memorial fixing for an anniversary or other important date specified by you.

5) An invoice for the remaining balance (50%) will be sent to you after your memorial has been fixed.

6) The fixing date will signify the start date of the "Certificate of Compliance", your lifetime guarantee.
